As a Supervisor you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees by oversees security personnel, manages daily security operations, ensures compliance with protocols, and maintains a safe environment for people and property.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to perform physical demanding tasks, including lifting and bending
- Background check is required – Eclipse is Felony free
- No facial piercings; No Facial tattoos
- Must have previous experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong observation and surveillance skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
Responsibilities:
- For managing and coordinating the security team to ensure the safety of premises, staff, and visitors. Core duties include:
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or disturbances
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift
Wage Ranges: $ 22/hr
