Since we were founded in 2011, Eclipse Staffing + Security has been a trusted staffing partner for clients while providing great, flexible opportunities for our workforce. We’ve been lucky to be part of some great events in central Indiana, having staffed the entirety of the Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and more recently, Pacers games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
As we continue to grow our business, our internal teams need to grow as well. That’s why we’re seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join the Eclipse team. What is a Staffing Coordinator?
Simply put, a Staffing Coordinator is in charge of all things related to staffing events. A major aspect of this position includes recruiting, interviewing, vetting, and onboarding candidates. In order to successfully meet clients' requests, it’s crucial to make sure our workforce is experienced, responsible, and professional.
Speaking of clients, Staffing Coordinators work closely with our client partners because you’re responsible for managing their accounts. This includes receiving and filling staff requests, answering questions via phone or email, and other duties that surround account management. The Staffing Coordinator position also involves being on the ground doing field operations, which typically includes checking employees into shifts and managing on-site client relations.
Part of what makes Eclipse unique is the fact that we offer a variety of services in both event staffing and security staffing. Both industries can have long hours, particularly in security where you may see overnight shifts. For this reason, Eclipse is available to our clients 24/7. Although each Staffing Coordinator does not need to be available 24/7, occasionally you’ll be asked to be available for communication after typical office hours (which are 8:30am-6pm). For this position, the starting pay is 50k+/year.
What requirements are you looking for?
In addition to being available outside traditional office hours, we’re seeking employees who have the following:
Valid driver’s license
Vehicle for client visits
Must submit to a background check
Must have recruitment and/or sales experience
