Hiring and training.
Eclipse is not a "body shop" staffing company. Every prospective employee must go through a face-to-face interview, orientation and training. All employees must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Our recruiters take a unique approach toward selecting the best applicants from the vast amounts of interviews we conduct on a weekly basis. We take into account an employee's skills, work experience and availability to the right fit for your business.

Eclipse offers flexible scheduling, but we covet candidates that are willing to commit long term to an assignment. Eclipse has many protocols and procedures in place to make sure our staffing levels are met. We always schedule extra staff for each shift to cover any call-offs or no shows. Some of the things we do to make sure staffing levels are met include daily confirmation calls and face-to-face reminders from event to event.
