A Coy Protection, LLC was established August 31, 2011 as a general staffing company by Ms. Michelle Coy-Davis. Ms. Coy-Davis gained her experience in the security, hospitality and staffing industry by being an early leader within LGC Associates , Inc. and ATS security. Eclipse Staffing and Security was formed as the DBA of A Coy Protection, LLC. in 2012.

Seeing the need for staffing experience within the security landscape of Indianapolis is what prompted Eclipse to become a licensed security guard company March 15, 2013. As the company developed, we used our staffing experience to assist with the security needs of our current clients.  With continued success, the need for a company that can fulfill all your facility services needs was evident.

In 2019, Eclipse rebranded itself as a full facility services provider. Eclipse specializes in building and event security, guest services, roving patrols, parking services, general laborers and janitorial services. Eclipse provides staff for sporting events, conventions, concerts and other special events in arenas, stadiums, conventions, parks and parking garages across central Indiana.
